The giraffe as an animal looks like a piece of art. The odd dimensions of its long neck, long legs, horse-like torso and its camouflaged coat remind me of a Seussian creation. In this piece, I’ve cut up a giraffe and patterned it with stippling to create a playful atmosphere of make-believe.
